Project Overview:
A contract titled “Completion of Remaining Civil Works and Installation for the Olefin Unit Project” was signed between Kian Petrochemical Company and Al-ansar.
As the contractor, Al-ansar carried out major operations at Site 1  of the complex, covering an area of 44 hectares
Total Quantities Executed:
– Earthworks: 74,132  cubic meters
– Blinding Concrete: 540  cubic meters
– Rebar Installation: 1,641,890  kilograms
– Formwork: 17,315  square meters
– Concrete Pouring: 8,375  cubic meters
– Backfill: 9,969  cubic meters
– Primer Application: 10,626  square meters
Execution Activities:
– Execution of civil operations including earthworks, concrete pouring, formwork, and rebar installation
– Fabrication and installation of process pipe racks in the Olefin Unit
– Construction of industrial buildings including CMS and substations
– Development of infrastructure facilities such as bituminous waterproofing, insulation, and mosaic flooring
