Project Overview:
Parsian Gas Refinery, one of the largest gas refineries in Iran, was constructed to receive and process 1,520  million standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD) of sweet gas from the Tabnak reservoir.
This EPC project was awarded to Al-ansar.
Execution Activities:
– Construction and installation of refinery units, including slug catchers, pipe racks, dehydration units, and flare systems
– Construction of industrial and support buildings covering 32,000  square meters
– Concrete pouring: 40,000  cubic meters
– Equipment installation: 4,000  tons
– Steel structure fabrication and erection: 8,500  tons
– Mechanical installations: 200,000  inch-diameter piping
– Electrical installations: 330  kilometers of cabling
Supporting Infrastructure Development:
– Implementation of the refinery’s water supply and wastewater network
– Development of internal gas distribution network
– Installation of lighting systems, internal power grid, and firefighting systems
– Construction of a new gas outlet line from the refinery
